Just two minutes from the student bar, shop, gym and lectures, Peverell is right where all the action is on the Clifton Campus. This residence is one of our larger ones, so there's always something going on. It's divided into two crescent-shaped buildings, each with its own common room, which is great for socialising. You'll have your own en-suite room here and share a kitchen/dining room in a flat with five others. You might even be able to grab one of our larger rooms if a bit more space is important to you.
Please note that some rooms at Peverell are subject to early buyback, which means that we reserve the right to buy your room back from you from the 38th week of your contract. You'll find more details about this during the booking process.

Where is Clifton?
Sitting on the banks of the River Trent just four miles south-west of Nottingham, Clifton is a self-contained student community of its own. A regular bus service takes you from the centre of campus right into the city centre in about 20 minutes.

Of course, you'll want to explore what lies beyond campus life. Clifton is conveniently connected to Nottingham and beyond through the city's excellent public transport networks, allowing you to broaden your horizons, try new things, and do more of what you love.

What you'll find here
From a crime scene house to our Superlab, and our astronomical telescope to the new Clinical Skills Centre for the training of paramedics, you'll have access to all of the fantastic buildings, tools and technology at our Clifton Campus.
The Lionel Robbins building is home of our Paramedic and Nursing courses and provides a range of specialist facilities for the training and assessment of healthcare professionals. If you're fortunate enough to be based here, our renowned Sports Village is just a hop, skip and jump away. It includes indoor and outdoor pitches, multipurpose sports halls, fitness and performance suites, and a whole range of clubs and classes.
On your doorstep
Another great advantage of life on Clifton Campus is the suburb of Clifton is just around the corner. Within a 20-minute walk of campus you can find Clifton Market, where you can browse all sorts of fresh produce, crafts and everyday essentials.
The picturesque Clifton Hall, a historic manor house sitting high above the River Trent, is just a quick stroll from campus too. This Grade I listed building is situated within the Clifton Village Conservation Area, a fantastic spot for some downtime between lectures.
